Pay For Only What You Need
Full-service public relations agencies have teams of artists, graphic designers, writers, public affairs specialists, radio/TV production crews, media buyers and a host of others on staff. Whether your firm needs all of those people promoting your company all of the time or not, the agency has to support their salaries, retirement and medical benefits, offices, equipment and additional overhead. Their fees usually reflect that.
A Perfect Image PR is a boutique agency. You pay only for the services you need. We are seasoned and
versatile public relations practitioners who work independently. When necessary, we can tap the talents of graphic artists, web designers, typesetters, video production crews and other freelancers and independent contractors, but they are not retained on staff.
By using A Perfect Image PR, clients can take advantage of the talents of a full-service agency, without paying the full-service fee that is usually built in to support a full-time staff.
So, pay just for the services you need, when you need them . . . without paying for frills . . . and know that an experienced practitioner, not a novice, is handling your account.

FEES
Three Payment Methods
Hourly Rate - An hourly rate is charged for freelance writing, editing, and proofreading. The exact sum depends upon the degree of creativity needed, the level of difficulty of the subject matter and assignment, and the deadline for completion. Very short time frames generally incur an additional rush fee.
Project Basis - This method is ideal when a single assignment such as creation of a web site or the writing of an executive speech or opinion editorial is desired. It also is appropriate for the management of a special event, or the development of a series of publications or marketing materials, or a short term publicity generating effort.
Monthly Retainer (BEST OPTION) - Engaging the services of A Perfect Image PR for a set number of hours on a monthly retainer basis allows an organization to benefit from coordinated, long-term, on-going public relations efforts. This method includes a series of planned promotional strategies, tactics, and activities, as well as flexibility to devote time to other opportunities or crises that may occur during service. Hour-by-hour for multiple projects or extended periods, the monthly retainer basis is more of a bargain than paying an hourly fee or paying on a project basis.
